We stand behind every jar we send out. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Our Promise
At Arthadam, quality is at the heart of everything we do. Every jar is carefully packed and inspected before it leaves us. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
What Can Be Returned
- Product arrived damaged, cracked, or leaking.
- Wrong product was delivered.
- Product is significantly different from what was described.
- Jar is missing a tamper-evident seal upon delivery.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Products that have been opened and partially consumed (unless defective).
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
How to Raise a Return Request
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Reach out via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.
Send us a photo
Share a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product so we can assess it quickly.
We'll confirm within 48 hours
Our team will review and confirm your return or replacement within 2 business days.
Replacement or refund
Once approved, your replacement will be dispatched or a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For UPI and wallet payments, it may reflect sooner. Bank transfers may take a little longer depending on your bank.
